We want you to feel confident in your Hunza G purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with the original hygiene seal intact within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene strip is secure and all designer tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
